Terms of Service

A Registered Migration Agent ("RMA") is a professional, registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and identified by a Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN), who provides migration advice and any other professional services agreed directly with you.

The RMA — not OhMyVisa — is responsible for the professional migration advice provided to you and for complying with all applicable professional, ethical and legal obligations, including the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents. Your professional relationship for migration advice is directly between you and the RMA.

Any assessment, questionnaire, general information, or educational content on the website is provided for general information only. It is not personalised migration or legal advice, does not assess your visa eligibility, and does not recommend a visa, pathway, or review option. You should not rely on the website as a substitute for advice from an RMA or an Australian legal practitioner.

The website lets you book a paid consultation with an RMA. Payment for the consultation is made by you directly to the RMA's connected payment account. The RMA is the supplier of the professional consultation and is the merchant of record for that consultation fee.

OhMyVisa may receive a referral or website fee in connection with a successful booking. This fee does not affect the RMA's professional obligations or the advice they provide. The fee arrangement is disclosed at checkout.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms. The exact consultation fee, in Australian dollars (AUD), is shown before you pay.

Because the consultation fee is paid directly to the RMA, cancellations and refunds for the consultation are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and are processed through the RMA's connected payment account. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Provide your refusal letter and any supporting documents directly to your RMA — not by uploading them to the website.
• Use the website lawfully and not misuse or attempt to disrupt it.

The website relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Google (video consultations via Google Meet and calendar scheduling), email delivery providers, analytics providers, and cloud hosting. Their services are governed by their own terms.

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, OhMyVisa excludes liability for the migration advice or professional services provided by an RMA, and for outcomes of any visa application or review, which are determined by the Department of Home Affairs, the ART, or a court — not by OhMyVisa.

These Terms are governed by the laws of QLD, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of QLD and Australia.
